I have just set up the fundraiser page for the Eastwood Dementia Project. Dad used to hate getting up to go there but loved being there when he arrived. They used to fuss over him and make him feel so loved and welcome. I will miss driving him home after his day there. He would be chatting away about what he had been doing but would shut up completely if he thought he was giving the impression that he had enjoyed himself.
